សំ. បា. (ន.) (វនស្បតិ; វនប្បតិ “ឈើជាម្ចាស់នៃព្រៃ”) ឈើធំទាំងពួងឬឈើជាចម្បងជាងដើមឈើឯទៀតៗ ក្នុងព្រៃមួយៗ ។ មានន័យមួយផ្សេងថា ឈើដែលបញ្ចេញផ្កាជារូបផ្លែមកតែម្តង : ខ្នុរ, ល្វា, ល្វាដី ... ជាវនស្បតិ ឬ វនស្បតិព្រឹក្ស (ប្រើជា វនប្បតិ ឬ វនប្បតិព្រឹក្ស ក៏បាន) ។
