ផាយោង

ritual cloth (one end is fastened to a coffin and the other is held by monks during a burial service); a long piece of white cloth wrapped around or attached to a corpse and held by a Buddhist monk while he prays during the funeral ceremony before the body is cremated

ស. (ន.) (ផាយោង អ. ថ. ផាយ៉ោង) សំពត់បន្ទះវែងសម្រាប់ទាញយោងពីសាកសពឬពីអដ្ឋិធាតុមកដល់ដៃព្រះភិក្ខុសង្ឃចាប់កាន់សូត្រធម៌បង្សុកូល; ហៅថា ទូ ឬ សំពត់ទូ ក៏បាន (ប្រើតាមទំនៀមប្រទេស) ។
